DiSC Style Tags

As part of the Richard A. Baddour Leadership Academy's 2020 Leadership Summer Intensive, I delved deeper into the DiSC Assessment. Student-athletes complete this personality test in their second year of leadership training. I created style tags using Adobe Illustrator for my teammates to place on their lockers for others to see. The tags identify a player's DiSC style and list three main characteristics of their particular style.

The main styles are Dominance, influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, but some individuals fall between two main styles and are a combination of the two. This changes their order of priorities.

I personally am a C, which means I value accuracy, stability, and challenge.
