About Me

As a Customer Support Analyst at iSpot, I help advertisers measure the effectiveness of their TV and streaming campaigns by managing our data platform's daily operations. I oversee the pixel implementation process, track campaign success, and ensure accurate analysis for my team and our clients. With a strong focus on data storytelling, I lead with empathy and am committed to evaluating options and identifying solutions to drive successful outcomes for our clients and their campaigns.

As a former NCAA Divison I student-athlete, I value urgent communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, perseverance, and growth. This experience was critical to helping me navigate change. Playing competitive team sports for the University of North Carolina’s Field Hockey Team also taught me valuable lessons in resilience and adaptability. Whether it was proactively prioritizing schoolwork on the daily commute to our rival’s facility the year our field was under construction, communicating with team members to make strategic changes in high-pressure game situations, or uncharacteristically playing two seasons of field hockey amidst a global pandemic, I learned to manage uncertainty with a positive attitude.

I'm proud to have evolved from recruited walk-on to starter, contributing to three consecutive National Championship seasons (with only one loss in those three years) and four conference championships.

This experience was a pivotal catalyst for personal and professional growth. My motivation for promoting positive social change and organizing events drove me to earn my team's Community Service Representative role. I currently coach club and high school field hockey and love to cultivate players' love of the game along with their skills and development. My passion for creative storytelling and strategic communication led me to earn a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and pursue a career supporting clients in Advertising Sales and Customer Success/Brand Partnerships roles.
